We encourage newcomers to connect with the people of Covenant Community Church, as we seek to live out the Gospel. There are several ways to connect.
Adults and post-high school young adults gather once a month – the third Sunday currently – to catch up regarding each other’s life over food they have brought, to discuss a timely issue of importance to Christ-followers, and to share prayer needs before petitioning God on behalf of one another.
Becoming a Member
Step 1: Baptism (if needed)
If you have not been baptized as a believer by immersion, it is required for covenant membership.
Step 2: Elder Interview
The elders will meet with you to learn how the Lord saved you, confirm your understanding of church membership and there are no biblically warranted concerns for you to join Covenant, and to answer any questions you may have.
Step 3: Covenant Membership & Ceremony
Upon approval by the members, a ceremony is held during worship service for those who affirm the church covenant.
Ladies’ Bible Study
The women of the church meet typically once a week to study God’s Word and to pray for one another.
Men’s Theology Breakfast
The men of the church gather every other Saturday to visit over breakfast and to discuss a chapter in Wayne Grudem’s Systematic Theology.
